Photo Layout Background Generator
Sparkbooth's layout editor can generate backgrounds images for photo layouts. To access this feature, go to Settings > Photo Layout > click the Layout Editor button. In the Paper Properties dialog, click the Generate Background button.
You can generate a number of different types of backgrounds in the Background Generator dialog that will be attached to the layout's background.
