Sparkbooth Freezes After Pressing Start

If Sparkbooth stops or freezes at the count down, it could be either:

  • Your computer's operating system is not setup for sound, please enable sound in your operating system (this does not mean turning on the speakers). Or go into Sparkbooth settings and turn off sounds. In Sparkbooth 3.5 or later, go to Settings > General > uncheck "Enable sounds". In Sparkbooth 3.4 or earlier, go to Settings > Options tab > General > uncheck "Enable sounds"
  • Your sound drivers have become corrupted. Please download and reinstall the latest sound drivers from your manufacturer
  • Or double-check your speakers are plugged in correctly
