Resolving Application Crashes and Freezing
In the rare instance where the application is either crashing or freezing, please review the following:
If the application freezes after pressing the spacebar and before you see the count down, there is probably an issue with the sound in your operating system. You will either need to re-install your sound drivers, or turn off sound in the application. Please see http://help.sparkbooth.com/faqs/setup/count-down-freeze
If the application crashes on start up, or when you change the themes or camera settings, there is probably an issue with the webcam. Please make sure you do not have another application accessing the webcam. Or your webcam drivers are corrupt and need to be re-installed. Also check to see if you have this Bluetooth issue
If the application crashes when setting up the printer or printing, there is probably an issue with your printer. Please verify the printer queue is running. Or your printer drivers are corrupt and need to be re-installed.
