External Flash/Strobe With Sparkbooth DSLR

If you are having issues trigger an external flash or strobe with your camera with LiveView enabled in Sparkbooth DSLR, please check the following:

• If your camera has Silent mode, try disabling Silent mode
• If your camera does not have Silent mode, try enabling the "external flash" setting in Sparkbooth DSLR. Go to Camera Settings (press ctrl-3), check the "User external flash" option. This option will temporarily turn off LiveView before taking a photo, and should get around the Canon limitation of triggering the flash with LiveView enabled.
• You can also enable the Brighten Live View setting. To set the shutter speed separately for live view and photo taking.
