Software Start

Dear sparkbooth Team

We have a problem with the installed "Photo Booth Software for Canon and Nikon DSLR" Software. The functions are all working well, but the software start is just working every second time. The software is in the automatic start for the Windows OS, so after Windows is booting up the software is also starting. Sometimes it works well, sometimes the software start in a small window instead of fullscreen. If it is starting in a small windows you can not control the software, it seems like it is not really startet. We can just close the software and start it again, then it starts in fullscreen and works fine.
We also tried to take the software out of Autostart and start it via Task Scheduler. But if we start the EXE-File with the Task Scheduler, it always open in a small windows and do not work.

Do you know this problem? What can we do, that the software always starting fine and in full screen?

    Just wanted to give the feedback, that the problem with the software start is still here, also with the new parameter in the windows registry. Till now, we do not have a solution to automaticly start the software after the windows starts.

    Till now, the software start works fine with the new parameter in the windows registry. Of course to really know I need to wait a few more days and look whether the error no longer appears. So far it's looking good.
