Windows 10 Operating system that was upgraded from Windows 7

Live view in present camera goes to take a photo and than the sparkbooth application crashes.
Wondering if there is a debug log or something I can send that could fix this problem?

I seen your response however the sparkbooth application keeps crashing mid session... This has never been a problem in all the years i've been using spark booth. I am requesting some assistance to solve this. The live view has always been on at the camera / on spark booth. The application is crashing after the 1st sometimes 2nd of 3rd photo. I don't even know what's going on. You are welcome to teamview to the machine and see what's happening if you would like?

The only thing I can think of is that the log shows you are not using
manual mode which is recommended. Here is a tutorial showing how to set up
for manual mode and focus https://youtu.be/zjEmM0cNKHs
Also check if there are background processes or applications running like
Windows Update which can use up the processor and slow things down

Its on the latest Windows 10 Pro with all windows updates done. Its not on Manual Mode though, Its on Auto or Program. But even right now if i try to fire off 1-2 photos the app just crashes. Would you recommend I reinstall the application or did you want to teamview and look first? Please advise.

You can try reinstalling and resetting the setting by to default. See
    http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb/how-to/reset-settings-to-default
And you are sure there are no background processes or applications running?

I've had no issues with this prior. The machine is only for Photobooth nothing else. No background processes are running to my knowledge.

Well, we don't see anything wrong in the txt log the only thing we see is your running on green mode in the past that has been an issue for other users and they took care of it by running on manual or P mode. try resetting your spark booth back to default and see if that takes care of the problem. version 7 is an upgrade from your version

I've changed a few things and also upgraded to 7.0 thanks for this great product John! The problem does not appear to be happening on the new version. Live View on the application i've set to Session only. I will advise if any further issues occur.
