Hello I have purchased to sp7 upgrade and deactivated version 5
and installed the new key but it still is version 5
thank you.

    Your license upgrade to 7.0 will Activate
    a 5.0 / 6.0 or 7.0 version... but why use
    an Activation on a version that doesn't have
    all the features that you Upgraded for.

    I would FIRST make sure I have downloaded
    and Installed the New 7.0
    - then Open the old 5.0 and Deactivate it
    in Settings > About page "Deactivate this install"
    (you must be connected for the Activation to be released)
    then Uninstall it from the computer.

    Yes I thought you simply deactivate version 5 and then

    Activate with the new key and it would up grade to version 7

    So now if I activate 7 I will only have one left one is lost.

    Now that I have version 7 how do I get the customer to

    Send the photos to their Facebook?

    RE: "I lose an activation"
    READ IT AGAIN:
    You can reset the activation count on your license key when you run out of activations. You never run out of activations. When you try to activate with a license key with no remaining activations, you will be given the option to reset the activation count.

    You did NOT lose an activation... it is currently locked into a 5.0 version and When you try to activate with a license key with no remaining activations, you will be given the option to reset the activation count. ...and get all 3 back to activate any 3 computers you want to use.

    I have installed 7 but I can not see where to

    Change or fit photo layouts and it’s not printing

    But the printer is ready.

    OK found the photo layout and printing Ok but

    How does the guest log into to their account on screen

    When I go to configure my account only comes up.

    How does the guest log into to their account on screen

    What are you allowing the guest to use for Uploading, Emailing and Social Media?
    Email ? - ? FaceBook ? - Twillio ? - etc
    You need to have the Settings in Send to guest set up for
    each uploading you are using (see attached)

    Then when the guest has finished taking their photos
    during a session, the screen will show **Doe you want to email this photo?*
    The same as it was in the older versions

    No problem I got that bit but the Guest only has 20 seconds

    To log in is there any way to extend that because it’s no enough time?

    You have it set at the lowest (3 seconds)
    MAKE TO LONGER .... click it and
    put it on 10 seconds
