Refund Help

I purchased the program for an event and cannot get the program to connect to my printer. I only used the program long enough to test the printer settings and ended up going a different route. Can you please help me either figure out how to connect to my printer or issue me a refund?

    We may need to know what printer you are using?

    You need to have the printer ON and connected to the computer
    and available in your Devices and Printers.
    In the software Settings > Printer select your printer.
    That should be all you need to have the printer connected.

    Yes I have done all of the necessary steps in order to get this particular
    printer to connect. The reason why I bought this program in the first place
    is because the printer wouldn't connect to the IPAD via the rasberry pi.
    It's a HITIP520L printer that can produce 4x6 or 5x7 prints and cuts strips
    on site.

    As I said, the printer must be connected to the COMPUTER
    and the software does not work wit an Ipad

    I use that same printer and it works fine when connected properly
    and selected in the software settings.

    You need to make sure you have download the hitip520l drivers from the printers website

    I'm strapped for time. I apologize about my delayed response to my
    original inquiry. If you can give me directions on how to export my user
    history to expedite the refund process that would help greatly.

    In the software Settings (Ctrl+1) on the About page
    select the Request Support to send the information.

    Dani, you said I purchased the program for an event and cannot get the program to connect to my printer you know you have a personal license that CAN NOT be use for business this is a violation of the purchase agreement and your license can be diactivated.

    Yes I understand that completely. This was a personal event. It was a last
    minute schedule using a friend's device.

    The program will not allow me to access it. Tells me no orders are
    associated to my email?
