Dslr Canon 7
Getting print errors...told to go to windows viewer but still not working...have to restart program to fix it, bit will eventually get same eeerror, and printing does not work.

Plus open the settings F1 on printing make sure you have the print box with a check mark also do you have the printer connected directly to the computer's USB port or are you using a USB hub?

Ok. Can I schedule for a certain time on Sunday 9.17...I will be with the computer at 3p est.

Yes, I will have the computer on and can have you access it tomorrow at 3-3.30p. I can do a request from that computer tonight at 5p est. Or we can have you access it today at that time?

We don't access your computer just open Spark Booth from the main screen and open the settings F1 on top in the ABOUT tab under your email is a link to send us a support request. you will need to be online to do this on the pop-up box just write Printing Problem and press Send
