Help!!!
Hi this is only my second attempt and i keep having problems. Can you help me fix the problem im having now? My camera cannon 1300d works fine and connects to the software, but when I put the sync cable on, the flash and camera keep working, but the software immediately says "camera disconnected" Please help as I have an event coming up soon!

Close the software and connect the sync cable to the camera and make sure the camera and flash are both turned ON - then open the software.
