slowness problem

Hello, I was using sparkbooth 6.1.85 with a dell latitude E5420 (I5-2410cpu) without problem.
now ,
i want to use dell latitude 5280 (I5-7300cpu) with sparkbooth 7.0.108, it doesn't work. at the time of the 1st photo, it blocks several seconds. Do you have a solution ?

    What is the specs of the computer you are using?
    The Minimum System Requirements: fo a Premium license
    is Windows (7 or later) or Mac OS 10.10 or later, Webcam,
    4GB or more RAM, and i3 processor or better (2.0 Ghz or faster)

    Does your computer meet these requirements?
    On a PC Windows computer, you can check under
    Control Panel\System and Security\System

     yes the current computer is more powerful and faster than the previous one.
    I5 -7300

    8GB RAM
    2.6Ghz / 3.2Ghz (turbo).
    with windows 10

    *the first photo takes several seconds, then the following shots work.
    If I leave 5 minutes apart, again the first photo is slow.

    Could my computer have a problem?
    updates are perfect.
    I do not understand.

    without solutions, I will make a purchase of another computer.

    * I take this opportunity to ask if a mini-pc allows the operation of sparkbooth?
