Two question: 1) Can I add other filters and 2) When I print the strips, everything works fine but the cut is nog exactly in the middel. Can I adjust this somehow? There is also a little ( < 1mm) white border on the left. This border is not equal to the deviation of the cut in the middel. Even when the white border on the left is gone, there still wil be one strip with the a whiter border on the left and one on the right. See the picture. Everthing else is fine. Thanks!

I have tried your suggestion (and marked “strip layout printed doubled”) but the problem is not fixed yet. See the pictures below. Also it does not see my camera. When I disconnect the usb and the put it back in it recognizes it immediately. At last, can I add more filters?

Thanks!

Joep Wolftag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/481605202020-03-25T18:39:25Z2020-03-25T18:39:25ZDutch

Can you send your log by holding down shift-ctrl-9 from Sparkbooth's main
you need to understand that this size paper will have a BLEED OVER
area on the outer edges that will not be printed.
A printed 4X6 layout at 300DPI is 1200px wide X 1800px high
and the 6X4 DNP size is 1240px wide X 1844px high

Try using this (attached image) as a BACKGROUND image
temporarily so you can see the area (in RED)
where you should not place your photo boxes,
or any thing you want printed...

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/481605202020-03-25T18:59:26Z2020-03-25T18:59:26ZDutch

Regarding the layout, I would recreate it without the enabling the "Strip
layout printed double" option and the copy the one-side of the strip to the
other side of the full layout. You will have better control over the margin
spacing for each side of the strip. Like in this video

I made the log because I thought it could be helpful.

I have tried the recommandations, and below you can see the result. The cut is almost in the middle now, but it seems the picture is not completely in the middle, right? Can I fix this?

Other question: When I power on my photobooth, the camera is not recognized. When I pull the USB cable out I hear the system-sound of unconnecting a usb-device. When I put the USB back in I get the ‘connection sound’ and then the problem is solved. The problem is that I don’t want my costumers to tell do this any time the power up the Photobooth off course.

Thanks!

Joep Wolftag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/481605202020-04-06T14:27:01Z2020-04-06T14:27:01ZDutch

It will never be PERFECT due to the printer is rolling out the paper
and that can not be LOCKED 100% in place.

Your sample shows it is slightly off center...
Do you have the PRINTER set to be CENTERED?
If yes, then you can try adjusting the Printer margin for the right side
to have 10 and do another session/print and show me what you get.

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/481605202020-04-06T22:14:15Z2020-04-06T22:14:15ZDutch

Remember if your using a DNP roll feed printer and its been used a lot clean the roller with alcohol cotton the rollers get glazed and the paper will move as it goes thru the inside rollers

Jorge Olivatag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/481605202020-05-04T13:02:43Z2020-05-04T13:02:43ZDutch

Hello! I think I fixed the problem. Now It’s cutting almost exactly in the middel. I just took out the paper and placed it back and i made a custom layout based on the background you did send me. The weird thing is that now I have to set the top margin to 10px… But it’s fixed I think. Still one problem left: When I first used the software it detected my camera on start up, but now it say’s that I can detect the camera while it is connected. The camera is set up correctly and when I disconnect the USB the computer will notice it’s disconnected. When I put the USB back in, it immediacy detects the camera… Off course I don’t want to unplug and plug the usb cable every time. Maybe you have a clue?
