All I can say is sparkbooth has excellent customer service! I have a job here in about an hour 10am Eastern Standard Time last night about 9 I had an issue. At that point I was dead in the water knowing I would have to do something else for this morning's job. So at 9 p.m. I reached out not expecting a reply. Within 15 minutes I got a reply from Joe and then a little bit later one from John. They workd with me until almost midnight until everything was resolved. I just want to thank both of them for reaching out after hours. I would have had an extremely upset customer this morning plus I would have had to at least discount that job because I was going to do it a little more manually.
