I switched to Twillio from Mogreet because it didn't include the reply Y message. Mogreet annoyingly requires the message, but their parent company Vival wants to switch everyone to their new API which does not require it. The contacted me for beta, but since Sparkbooth doesn't yet support the new API I could not participate. Is Vival connect a future addition? It has better pricing than Twillio.

Can you send a link to the new API? I do not see any reference to it from
    the Mogreet website.

    Message from them:

Below is the link to sign up for the beta for Vivial Connect. Feel free to share with him, we’d love to get them converted. Can you share with me his/her contact info?
You can create an account too, maybe we can get Sparkbooth and you to both test the new API and integration! We’re only doing the beta for a short period of time, so it would be great to get sparkbooth and you setup and using this new service!
Thanks for the follow up and reaching out to Sparkbooth.

Vivial Connect has been implemented in the 5.0 beta at

Check it out, and let me know if it works for you.

Thanks! Will I need to upgrade my license to download the beta?

The 5.0 beta has a free trial, so you do not need to upgrade to try it.
