you want
open Sparkbooth and go to Settings > Premium >
Import/Export
and select Export... save this file (where you can find it -
Desktop)

In the new computer(s) download and install the version of
SB
that you own (you may need to use the Archives if it is an old
version)
[have that copy of your Exported sparkbooth.conf file on a flash
drive
and inserted into the new computer so you can get to it...

In Sparkbooth on New computer, go to Settings > Premium
Import/Export
and select Import... go to the flash drive for the file

This will copy all your settings the same as on the other
computer
if you have backgrounds/graphics/etc... you will need to also
copy
them to your new computer(s) to be able use them...
they will not be included the config file
