So are you referring to the notification that says 'Please enable LiveView
    by switching mode to "M", "S", "A", or "P".'?

That is referring to the camera mode which you change on the physical dial
    on the camera itself.

thank you so much, I don't know why this didn't dawn on me, it was so
simple but my mind was making it so complex. SO
one more question is there an add-on for spark booth 5 for dslr booth or
    do we purchase either separately?

I may have misunderstood your Q?
(1st answer) The DSLR version is available to Upgrade to or purchase separate
it can use both webcam or Canon/Nikon cameras (depending which DSLR camera version you download and install)

(2nd answer) You can upgrade to 5.0 (no add on) if you have an older 3.X - 4.0 version. ... does that help?

I see a Sparkbooth Premium 5 license registered under your email
address. If you want to use Sparkbooth DSLR, you can upgrade your
    license at http://sparkbooth.com/upgrade
