I had an older version of the DSLR. Today I bought a new laptop and wanted to download the photobooth on the new laptop. however when I did it the activation key said it was not for the correct product and I could upgrade to a newer on, however when I did it downloaded the webcam version. I needed it to be the cannon DSLR version. how do I correct this

    If you did Upgrade you would have been sent an email with a New license key. You needed to download the DSLR version from the download page and use the New license key to Unlock the software.

    I did use the new key and downloaded the DSLR version from the download page. The program loads but when taking the pictures it locks up
