Q? 1-> First question:
I would like to have the sparkbooth5.0.
How can I have this upgrade ?
I need to pay something or it"s free ?
You can Upgrade here - https://secure.sparkbooth.com/store/upgrades/
It is not Free... when you put in your license information
it will show the upgrades available for your license and how much it cost.

Q? 2 -> Second question:
I use the printer ASK-300 and the paper size that I normally use
is 4x6 inc (10x15).
I would like to print Strip and I need to know if is it possible
to print twice strip at this paper and the software cut the midlle,
because now I'm using the stiletto I'm sometimes it's wasting
a lot of time.
If your printer has a setting to Cut for 2 inch (Split) then you can set it for that.
Also, you would need to create your layouts as Double Strips, then it will
have one on each side and if your printer can cut the 2 inch (split) then
it will not be a single layout in the middle of a 4X6 paper.

Joe Connell
