    Hi John,
    Here's the screen captures..

the camera is on power save is off…
    liveview is on…
it is on a power supply not a battery..

    its the Canon T6.

I’m testing out the trial version updated it
before i upgrade to DSLR.. want to make sure it works..

Wait a minute. Are you running Sparkbooth DSLR while the EOS Utility is
    open?

Tried it… open , closed screen live view on off.
yesterday camera started to drop connection..
got it work one time… then stopped..
was giving me all these issues..

i tried sociabooth for another company and works fine after installing the trial…
but wanna give spark booth a chance and more affordable to upgrade then purchase a new application..

It says Teamviewer is not running. Let me know if you can fix in the next
hour. Otherwise we can reschedule to do this during the week. I am usually
available Monday through Friday from 9a to 6p PST for this. But let me know
ahead of time when you are available.

    1) the EOS Utility was running at the same time which prevents Sparkbooth from connecting.
    2) Live view was disabled on the camera which prevents Sparkbooth from starting live view.
