but not having an attendant is risky... good luck, but we do not
recommend OTHER software.

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/364319412015-03-31T05:43:01Z2015-03-31T05:43:03Zregarding wireless clicker

understand, am not trying to look for another software here
because i've been using sparkbooth for all my booths. Just that
because my customer is looking to take selfies with the DSLR and i
was wondering if sparkbooth is necessary for it because they do not
need photo borders, rather just a live view for the DSLR to show
what it is capturing and snap and shoot, or can sparkbooth perform
this?

Jacob Ngtag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/364319412015-03-31T05:51:12Z2015-03-31T05:51:12Zregarding wireless clicker

No, Sparkbooth software is designed for a PHOTO BOOTH
not a camera on a tripod taking single photos as you are
describing.

Why would you need a photo booth to take Selfie single
photos?
You can do that with a cell phone or just a camera alone...

You can set up SB for only a 4X6 single photo...
Set at WIDE and Create a Landscape layout
with only 1 photo box the full size of the layout
which would be 1800W X 1200H...
NO Background or overlays

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/364319412015-03-31T06:06:04Z2015-03-31T06:06:04Zregarding wireless clicker

You can start Sparkbooth with any device that can send a mouse
click or key
press (spacebar, enter, page up, page down, or period). Most
presentation
clickers will send one of those.

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/364319412015-04-02T18:01:27Z2015-04-02T18:01:28Zregarding wireless clicker

Joe, I think Jacob has a very good point. A remote trigger would
allow photo booth selfies on instant printed photo strips,
something you may not be able to get from a phone app... yet.

A suggestion would be to give them the opportunity to take photo
booth selfies within a certain short time period or the auto
countdown would take over and finish the remaining shots.

Jacob, I've got a thread going on a similar theme going on down
in the Kiosk forum about the attendant having an option of firing
the camera/keyboard/mouse so even better expressions can be
captured. Check it out and add your comments.
trigger Sparkbooth sessions.

Harry
