    You could probably run kiosk on there without a problem.

    What is the minimum to just run the KIOSK? i want to get a small PC tablet for the kiosk only. can someone help me? I dont want to purchase a i5 for DSLR SB when i will only be using it for Kiosk

    I am running it on a tiny 'booksize" computer that is strapped to the back of a monitor.

    1.6Ghz dual core Atom processor
    4GB RAM
    Win XP 32bit.

    So I'd have to say that you could use almost any computer from the last 5-7 years.

    Nope, that one runs Windows RT, not SB compatible.

    You could run it on an old laptop if you are looking for portability.
