Sparkbooth countdown stops after 1st/2nd/3rd or last shot

I have being using the same settings for all my past photobooth events, until recently I have encountering this issue where countodwn starts, the users photo taken and the next countdown didn't start for the next shot. It happens randomly sometimes after the first shot sometimes the second/third or even the last. Is that a shortcut key to restart the countdown if it stops? It's very disrupting if the only way is to restart the program after they have taken 1-2shots. Any suggestion on why this might be happening? I just did an update but both versions have the same issues. Please help~

Cheers

Are you sure you do not have the Count down only for the 1st photo?
    Check your Settings

    Hi John,

Sorry I don't quite get what you mean? How do i can the sparkbooth.txt?

    Hi Joe,

Setting is before each snapshot. It's fine most of the time, just once in a while the countdown stopped and I have to restart the program.

What John is asking for is in your C: documents/Sparkbooth directory folder called Sparkbooth.txt attach it and John can review any Errors that happened to isolate this issue on your set up...

Your file has a lot of random errors which may or may not be related to the
count down issue. I would try reinstalling everything from scratch:

    1. Start Sparkbooth
    2. Go to Settings > Premium > Import/Export > press Export to save out your
    settings
    3. Close Sparkbooth
    4. Uninstall Sparkbooth
    5. Clean out your settings by running the Sparkbooth Reset Settings app at
    http://sparkbooth.com/download-archive#reset
    6. Go to http://sparkbooth.com/download to download and reinstall Sparkbooth
    7. Start Sparkbooth
    8. Go to Settings > Premium > Import/Export > press Import and select the
    exported file from step 1

If you still see the same issue, you can try pressing ctrl-Z to cancel out
of the session which will bring to back to the start screen so you can
    start again.

    Hi John,

Thanks for taking time to look into this, was wondering if its my old Windows 7 OS that's causing the issues. Will Sparkbooth work on the new Windows 10beta? So there is no shortcut to continue the session if the countdown stops other then ctrl-Z to restart the session?

    Cheers

    John,
i notice with the new updates, camera can no longer be on AF. I use have on AF so pictures would come out super clear. So i have to set the camera to MF and it goes through the countdown

I just tried with 4.1.70 using your last config file, and the camera set to AF. Camera was able to take a photo.

Did you see a notification pop up that the camera was unable to take a photo or some other error?
