Keyboard wont pop up

hello I just upgraded the software to the DSLR version. When we add the email option it does not pop the on screen keyboard. It is a surface pro. is there a reason why i will not automatically pop up the on board keyboard.

    Did you go to Settings > Keyboard > and enable on-screen keyboard?
