Looks like you downloaded the webcam only version of Sparkbooth. You need
to download and install Sparkbooth DSLR from https://sparkbooth.com/en/dslr

I made sure we payed the right one it says compatible with camera n webcam .. the webcam was bought after seeing that the unit canon camera not working n unit saying no camera detected .. so we bought a $70 webcam n that made it work .. suck it’s only reading the webcam n not the cannon camera the Photo Booth came with !! I even send it to the person we bought it [image1.png] [image0.jpeg]

Yes we downloaded the program first to test it using ur trial offer out before paying the $159.00 ..once we saw that we liked your program we just hit the buy it button from the Photo Booth unit and payed for the $159 since it offered me the 3 option and we read all 3 options and made sure we payed for the right one that would work with the camera and webcam just incase the camera ever broke or stopped working

But according to your license activity, you installed the webcam only
version. You need to download the DSLR version

    You do not pay again...
you just downloaded the wrong version for the camera you are using.
Just download the DSLR for Canon from the web site here:
    https://sparkbooth.com/en/download/

    Do not Install it yet
... FIRST open the software you already installed
and go to the Settings (Ctrl+1) > About page and click the
Deactivate this install to release the Activation you used
so you can reuse it to Activate the correct version.

Next, close the software and go to your downloads and
click the sparkboothdslr-setup.exe and install it.
Use your License Key and email to Activate it.

You should now have the version for use with your Canon DSLR camera.

Let us know if you have any questions/problems.

YES, the DSLR version has many options for camera use,
it can use the DSLR camera alone to take photos...
it can use a webcam to take the photos
it can also use BOTH the webcam for LIVE VIEW and
the DSLR camera to take photos.. ( *** )
...( *** this is a bit tricky because both cameras need to be
showing the same area to be able for the guest/user to
Pose for the webcam and then the DSLR camera captures the photo )

    ....ooops, was done....

In camera Settings (Ctrl+3) you select the DSLR camera
or a webcam and when you select a webcam you need to also
    check the Take webcam photo
    (see attached)

You can reset the activation count on your license key when you run out of activations. You never run out of activations.
