This has never been a problem in all the years i've been using spark booth. I am requesting some assistance to solve this. The live view has always been on at the camera / on spark booth. The application is crashing after the 1st sometimes 2nd of 3rd photo. I don't even know what's going on. You are welcome to teamview to the machine and see what's happening if you would like?

Tyler Erdietag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/552965522022-08-10T14:06:03Z2022-08-10T14:06:03ZRequesting Assistance with Sparkbooth 6 DSLR on Canon T3I

Faulting application name: Sparkbooth DSLR Canon 6.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5b8479a6
manual mode which is recommended. Here is a tutorial showing how to set up
for manual mode and focus https://youtu.be/zjEmM0cNKHs
Also check if there are background processes or applications running like
Windows Update which can use up the processor and slow things down

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/552965522022-08-10T14:15:57Z2022-08-10T14:15:57ZRequesting Assistance with Sparkbooth 6 DSLR on Canon T3I

Its on the latest Windows 10 Pro with all windows updates done. Its not on Manual Mode though, Its on Auto or Program. But even right now if i try to fire off 1-2 photos the app just crashes. Would you recommend I reinstall the application or did you want to teamview and look first? Please advise.

Tyler Erdietag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/552965522022-08-10T14:18:03Z2022-08-10T14:18:03ZRequesting Assistance with Sparkbooth 6 DSLR on Canon T3I

You can try reinstalling and resetting the setting by to default. And you are sure there are no background processes or applications running?

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/552965522022-08-10T14:19:11Z2022-08-10T14:19:11ZRequesting Assistance with Sparkbooth 6 DSLR on Canon T3I

I've had no issues with this prior. i'm on 6.0 is the license upgraded to 7.0? Or is it a new purchase?
