Hi, Does it have a Customized Survey Before Printout Feature?

You can use the gateway screen to display an online survey before printing. See http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb/how-to/gateway-payment-screen There is an example using jotforms at the bottom of the article

I am trying to setup my computer for the mirror booth

Go to Settings (Ctrl+1) > Advanced Settings (bottom left) and select App Mode... check the Mirror Booth and click Switch.
