Sparkbooth Updated but can’t validate licence key

Hello, attached is the screenshot of the error we’re receiving. We have a valid licence key and it is connected to the internet and Internet Eplorer is able to go onto the internet.

This is the second laptop this has happened on. It gives a countdown to how many uses are left. Both machines are on Windows 8.

Please help urgently as we had to refund one client and are going into busy season now so need both machines.

    You need to do what the message says.
    The software must be validated to insure
    no one has stolen your license.
    This is for your security. You need to connect the computer to the internet THEN open the software - it will connect to our server and check your license. If you do not do this, when the count down reaches 0... the software will revert to TRIAL mode and your license will no longer be valid.

    So is the reason the one didn’t work is because it ran out of trial versions? If so I’m happy. Our staff clearly don’t tell us these things until it’s an issue.

     

    I will inform them all regarding this new security feature.
