I just purchased this software after a friend recommended it to me. I have a wedding on Sunday and need this to work. I connected the camera and I use this same camera for other apps on same computer. I can't get it to work, this will be a problem for me

    Why do I have to type this again, I have the correct type camera, I already researched it before purchasing license. This software isn't recognizing my camera. I bought this to use on Sunday. If I can't get it to work I have no use for this. I used this camera for other apps on same pc and similar photobooth software. Please help me fix this issue

    No, the question is Why didn't I answer faster since you appear to be in a rush.

    First make sure the camera installed in the computer and listed in the Devices and Printers. That is where the software is looking for your camera. Second, make sure the camera is ON and not in StandBy

    Did you do as I suggested and check to make sure it was Installed and ON?

    Camera is on and even opened up my other app and Camera is working fine

    Jorge (another tech support here) Just thought of something.... do you also have DSLR Booth opened in the background and connected to the Rebel T6? The software can not recognize the camera if another software is using it.

    Robert turn off all software DSLR Booth and spark booth. now open spark booth only and tell us if it recognized it.

    Ok so use the other computer for the event. maybe that computer does not meet the system requirement to run DSLR 7

    System Requirements: Windows (7 or later), compatible Canon or Nikon DSLR camera, 4GB or more RAM, and Intel i5 processor or better (2.5Ghz or faster) recommended.

    In Settings > About page of the of the computer you are NOT using
    Click the Deactivate this install (computer must be on line
    to release this Activation... you will receive an email with
    how many Activation you now have. and you can use
    the Activation to install in a different computer

    Can you just reset everything, might not matter anyway. Since I activated
    the license the camera stopped working. The free version worked. This is odd

    I can't use the free version because of stamp and I can't use the full
    version cause camera won't work

    Can you send your log by holding down shift-ctrl-9 from Sparkbooth's main
    screen?
