Hello i recently did an up date but know I have a Adobe Air error and spark booth will not start up?

    Have you recently Updated your Windows system?
    I suggest you get all Windows Updates installed.
    It has been a while since we all have used our booths
    and there have been a lot of Windows changes that
    could be causing you a problem.

    Once ALL the Windows Updates are set, then try again to open Sparkbooth

    Hi Joe,

    Yes just updated know but I still have the same problem it says

    Internal content could not be loaded for this application.

    If you are using Version 7.0...
    you shouldn't have any issues with Adobe Air
    - I will need to review that and get back to you

    You never run out of activations. - READ here
    http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb/activating-and-licensing/resetting-ac...

    Uninstall Sparkbooth and reinstall it, that should fix your issue

    Uninstalling and reinstalling should not require you to reactivate.
    But if it does, you can reset the activations as Joe mentioned

    Sounds like your hard drive might be corrupted which would have caused the
    Adobe Air error you had.

    Strange I have Sparkbooth DSLR installed to the same

    Computer and that runs fine.

    It’s the DLSR 7 but it won’t let me uninstall it first.

    But I also have DLSR with no problem.

    I don’t understand the force uninstall and the link

    To download DLSR 7 is on a different computer. How do I

    Copy it to the booth computer?
