Zoom??? ... I suspect that your camera is Zoomed in and causing this, not the software. The software can not zoom in when taking the photos

Then someone must have turned lens wheel and
Zoomed in the view and now it is too close for the
    photos to be taken correctly.

Before doing your first session at any event, start with someone
standing in the area where your guest/users will be standing and
make sure you have the camera Focused on the person and
    set in Manual.
Then do a session and see if it is the way you want...
if it is, you should be good to go for your event.

No, it's not that, it looks good live but when the photo is taken the image is enlarged, and I don't know why

So when the guest/user is on screen during a session,
they are normal... but the finished printed layout shows them
as zoomed in? OR is it the whole layout that has the zoom?

We should do a Skype connect where we can talk (English only)
and you can share your screen and I can see what is going on...
    this makes no sense (??)

Skype is free to use computer to computer www.skype.com and
you add me as a New Contact using my email
ccuvideo @ gmail . com (no spaces) - it will send me a
Contact Request and we can then connect.
