Can you go in to the Settings > Photo layout > Layout Editor
and Save/Export your layout and ZIP it and send me the Zip file
to my email ccuvideo @ gmail . com (no spaces)

Reason sending to my email is you may not be able to
attach a ZIP file in this help forum

I will review your layout and not give up until I get this corrected

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/491575522021-04-22T20:54:00Z2021-04-22T20:54:00ZPhotos Turn White

NOTE you can attach a ZIP file in your reply here

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/491575522021-04-22T20:57:20Z2021-04-22T20:57:20ZPhotos Turn White

here is the zip file.
I prefer to use Skype... where we can talk and
we both can share our screens.
Skype is free to use computer to computer.
www.skype.com we can connect and get this fixed

Add me as a Contact using my email ccuvideo @ gmail . com (no spaces)
and Skype will send me a Contact Request for me to accept...
then I can call you in Skype.

This one is strange... but I do have a few ideas
and I should be able to correct it when we skype

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/491575522021-04-22T21:30:38Z2021-04-22T21:30:38ZPhotos Turn White

This happened to me once in a event some pictures were fine others were white and we found that it was our Webcam.
