it would not have removed any layouts you created.
It only adds new code information in the software that was in the Update.

If you ...tried to install the new version 7 to just see
how it worked and then uninstalled it...* (the newer 7.0)
that would not have removed the layouts you created...

BUT if you Uninstalled your original 4.3.119
**YES, this would remove the layouts and everything
connected to the 4.3.119 version.

You need to search your installed software and
see if there is a sparkbooth.exe software and
when you point to it, it will show the version number
(I hope it is 4.3.119 ) ... if it is it may still be on your computer
and you can open it and your layouts will all still be there.

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/491206062021-04-01T21:08:22Z2021-04-01T21:08:22ZUpdated sparkbooth to ver 4.3.119 and now all my custom templates are gone

Found them and have also saved them to a thumbdrive for safe keeping.

carbuff91tag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/491206062021-04-01T21:28:21Z2021-04-01T21:30:26ZUpdated sparkbooth to ver 4.3.119 and now all my custom templates are gone

Did you Save/Export your layouts from the Layout Editor
with the Export icon at the top of the layout Editor.
The files would be saved with the Name of the layout
with .sbl at the end = 60thBDay2.sbl or AlexisSweet16.sbl

This way all you need to do is Import the SBL file in the layout Editor
and it will be complete for you to use OR make changes to.

I have a folder called Layouts that I save all my layouts in

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/491206062021-04-02T15:50:01Z2021-04-02T15:50:01ZUpdated sparkbooth to ver 4.3.119 and now all my custom templates are gone

That's exactly what I did

carbuff91
