I am trying to open Sparkbooth DSL for canon. I have downloaded it and after entering my license key I keep getting this error. I have updated internet explorer and I have also checked the antivirus. Not sure why it is not working. In my purchase email it says I purchased Sparkbooth DSL 6 but my licesne key doesn't seem to be working when I download sparkbook dslr for canon. Am I downloading the right program?

This is the error I receive, " Your license could not be validated. Please check your internet connection, antivirus, or firewall and then restart this application to try again. Also check that Internet Explorer 11 is installed."

This is what I have ordered, "Item: Sparkbooth DSLR 6
Price: $103.00 USD
Purchase Date: Thursday, March 21, 2019"

Thank you,
Cristina

I do not understand what you mean. If you are looking for instructions on
how to run Windows Update, see
