have used sparkbooth DSLR for few years now and when left unsupervised with out staff and even with staff it freezes up and needs to be rebooted over 10 times in a session
this causes great issues with customers and am now at the point of changing software if cant work this issue out
we like sparkbooth and prefer not to change but hoping for a simple solution
we have had this issue through many updates so dont believe its an update issue

We need you to open the software on the view screen press the keys ctrl shift 9 at the same time write freeze on the box press send.
