Here are the steps to do it:<br>
1) I made the photo box windows transparent.<br>
2) Started with adding the image TEMP as the background<br>
3) Added the 3 photo boxes and sized them to cover the photo box frame<br>
4) then REMOVED the background image and re-added it<br>
as an ADD Image file which places it on top of the 3 photo boxes<br>
that were set correctly in Step 3</p>
<p>Now you can add more text or graphics as needed</p>
<p>If you add the image as an Overlay it will be the TOP layer and<br>
nothing can be placed above the TOP</p>
<p>Save and UnZip the zip file and your Saved SBL file<br>
will be ready to import in the Layout Editor.Open</p></div>Joe Connell
