Mailchimp not logging in

Hello,

I am trying to create an email list using Mailchimp. I've set up an account with Mailchimp, but cannot seem to login through Sparkbooth. I've tried logging in on both the "send photo later" and "premium" tabs. I put my credentials in, but nothing happens when I hit log in.

I tried both before and after updating the software.

    Can you send your log by holding down shift-ctrl-9 from Sparkbooth's main
    screen?

    I hit Shift ctrl 9 - on a touchscreen. Can you let me know if that worked?

    I did not receive the request. Did you press the OK button after filling
    out the dialog that is displayed? Also was the computer connected to the
    internet?

    Can you try signing into MailChimp from version 6?

    I do not believe my license works for 6. i get the attached error.

    You have a version 5 license. But you should be able to try it in demo
    mode.

    it does change from log in to please wait, but waited a few minutes and still nothing

    Install Internet Explorer 11 and then try. Or download 6.1 which is not
    dependent on the version of Internet Explorer installed

    Hi John,

    I was able to log in from the send photo later screen on that version of
    6.1. On the premium tab, it would not allow me to enter any text.

    Internet Explorer 11 didn't affect the ability for me to log in on version
    5 though.

    I also noticed under the prompts tab that I could have people enter their
    name and email and it saves to a .txt file. That will also work for me in
    this scenario - the client just wants to receive email info at an upcoming
    event! But I see the value in using the MailChimp feature for us.

    Sorry, I didn't explain what I was trying to accomplish sooner... we've
    used the text feature before, but have never collected emails.
