The log shows that your camera is not set to auto focus (isAF = false). If
you plan to use manual focus, you should manually adjust the focus after
you setup the booth.
The processor of the computer you are using is very under powered which
will cause problems running the software. The recommended processor is i5
2.5 Ghz or better.
using a DSLR camera...

1) Start with the Camera set for AF (on the lens ring)
2) Have someone stand in your booth area where they
would normally stand to do a photo booth session.
3) Using a layout that has more than one photo \ Start the session (in AF)
4) As soon as the first photo is taken (in AF) switch the AF to MF
- this will Lock the focus to where the person is standing and
the rest of the photos should be in focus

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/475329832019-08-16T19:45:46Z2019-08-16T19:45:46ZPhotos are blurry

Thanks. Everything I saw said to use manual focus so that's why it is on
that. I'll try your tips to see if it works. I had to leave the venue so I
cannot access it anymore today. Some stuff says to use a light backdrop
with your program. I've always used black but should I get a lighter one?

Heather Blaszczyktag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/475329832019-08-16T23:59:24Z2019-08-16T23:59:24ZPhotos are blurry

This is a good video on how to set up a DSLR even if its another software it still works with spark booth
It worked great with other programs but is having trouble now. I'm
excited to use Sparkbooth now, just have to get it all dialed in right. I
will watch this and update the settings tomorrow. Thanks for the help.

Heather Blaszczyk
