down
what may be causing you this issue of the Sessions random
closing
without user interactions.

In the Sparkbooth folder (C:\Users\New
User\Documents\Sparkbooth)
you will find a file sparkbooth.txt

The other is in Settings > Premium and select Import/Export
Configurations
and Export this file to your Desktop (or somewhere you can find
it)
then Attach both files here and we will review them.

Q? why do you need to disconnect your keyboard?
Q? do you have a touch screen monitor?
Q? do you have the Cancel button checked in the Start Screen
settings (Ctr;+2)

It sounds to me like during these sessions, the guest/user
is
either triggering the Start button or Touching the screen...???

Can you send a screen shot of your photo booth screen with
the
before session starts view and a during session view
[like the 2 attached]

the
10/3/2014. The random cancellation issue began on 10/4/2014. I
will
attach that file when I get a chance to. The system is
currently
connected to a tiny 7" LCD which makes reading impossible. I will
need
to attach a larger screen to the system and attach it to a network
to
get files off the system.

The Keyboard was removed because it would not it into the
enclosure I am
using. Today I tested it again with a wireless US keyboard which I
left
attached and the problem persists.
I am not using a touch screen and I do not have the cancel button
the
start screen.

I ran a test where I disconnected the start button and instead
just used
the keyboard to ensure that the start button was not the issue and
the
cancellation issue persists.

I will send the sparkbooth.txt, the config files and also
the
screenshots later tonight when have the system hooked up to a
network

set to full auto and lighting is not sufficient to find a point to
auto adjust too. I assumed that was the cause but could be
wrong.

Briantag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/348547642014-10-08T23:31:29Z2014-10-08T23:31:29ZRandom Session Cancellation

Camera errors, like Brain described, will automatically cancel a
session.
But usually when that happens, you should see a notification pop up
in the
top right corner of the screen.

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/348547642014-10-10T05:17:27Z2014-10-10T05:17:28ZRandom Session Cancellation

im getting the same as above also using canon 450d and 600 and
