Morning we need to create a service ticket for you to be able to help, hold down shift-ctrl-9 from Sparkbooth's main screen at the same time

    Robert,

You have a DSLR and I suspect your CAMERA is shutting down.
DSLR cameras will shut down causing the black window when
they are in live view for too long. Try setting the Sparkbooth
Camera setting (Ctrl+3) for live view for 15-20 minutes and see if that helps.

After the camera is on for 15-20 minutes it will shut down
and cool off, when you start another photo session,
    it should come back on.

Let me know if that fixes your problem.

If the camera is powering off, then it means the camera is either auto
powering off or the battery is low. If it is auto powering off, there is a
setting on the camera to disable that.
Or maybe you mean your camera is locking up? If that is the case, see
