Software is frozen

Immediately after the message "Camera is started", the software is again "frozen" and has not responded to further input. It is usually sufficient for the operator to press Stgr-Z. This has at the last event on 16.06.2019 so against 1:50 pm. But not helped anymore. It had to be logged in via strg-alt-del of the windows user. I have attached the log. An i7 with 4GHz and Win10 is used.

    Can you send your system information by holding down shift-ctrl-9 from
