Hello,

My canon rebel t6 won’t connect to the program.
I have plugged it into the computer and not the usb hub. I have also changed out the usb cord and no luck yet.

    If you plugged it into the computer, what did you plug it into if not the USB connection???

    Can you send your log by holding down shift-ctrl-9 from Sparkbooth's main
    screen?

    I suspect you have downloaded the Premium version and that would be only for webcams...

    I plugged it into the usb computer slot.
    I also have a usb hub plugged in the computer I usually plug the camera
    into. But either way it’s not connecting.
