hello, I am having a glitch that the camera cancels a session and says camera not connected, enable live view. but liveview is already enabled on the camera and the camera is on manual mode. it is my first event with a new computer, not sure if that is part of the issue.

+Well first issue I see is you are using the DSLR version 6.0
with a computer that doesn't meet the minimum system requirements.
You have == SYSTEM INFO == Name
    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8650U CPU @ 1.90GHz
and for the DSLR 6.0 version you need
System Requirements: Windows (7 or later), compatible Canon
or Nikon DSLR camera, 4GB or more RAM, and
Intel i5 processor or better (2.5Ghz or faster)

There can also be the camera setting for format = Large Fine Jpeg
that can be too big causing your camera to over work and shut down.

John will reply soon and provide additional support.

Ok thank you Joe, I was afraid it was my computer again. The guys at best
buy covinced me that it would be fast enough even though its not a 2.5 ghz.
Ok ill tey changing the jpeg settings and see if that helps. Thank so for
your quick response. I really really appreciate it.

Also, you have a old version of 6.0.64
and you should update to the current 6.0.105
