It state no camera detected

    Can you send your log by holding down shift-ctrl-9 from Sparkbooth's main
    screen?
    Or see http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb/how-to/sending-support-requests
    Also what camera model are you using?

    I have sent the log and I am using a Nikon D3300

    Sorry, that model is not on the list of compatible Nikon cameras
