Hold down the <strong>Ctrl + Shift + 9</strong> keys all at the same time<br>
and Type "Freezing" in comments and hit send/OK</p>
<p>It will send us a lot of info about your system<br>

from taking photos, or cause focus lock errors. If you have to have auto<br>
focus, make sure it is in quick focus mode to decrease the chance of focus<br>
