Try:</p>
<ol>
<li>Make sure you are running the latest version of Sparkbooth. Go
to<br>

and install the latest version<br></li>
<li>Make a back up of your settings by going to Settings >
Premium ><br>
Import/Export > press Export button<br></li>
<li>Exit Sparkbooth and run the Reset Settings app at<br>

"http://sparkbooth.com/download-archive#reset">http://sparkbooth.com/download-archive#reset</a>
for your version of Sparkbooth<br></li>
<li>Start Sparkbooth, and import your setting back up by going to
Settings ><br>
Import/Export > press Import and select the backup file.</li>
