Can you come up with steps to duplicate
the issue, so I can try to duplicate it?

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/468776252019-01-28T10:42:00Z2019-01-28T10:42:00ZAfter scrolling in the photo album, the program sometimes stops responding

There were currently 16 pages with 8 images each.
It felt only occurred when the photobooth went through an event for several days without a break (> 48 hours).

Unfortunately I did not manage to copy the problem - Sorry.

Stefantag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/468776252019-02-06T00:11:28Z2019-02-06T00:11:28ZAfter scrolling in the photo album, the program sometimes stops responding

Can you try this new build and let me know if you still see the issue?
I wasn't able to duplicate the issue, but I am thinking it may be due to
memory usage. This build tries to do some things related to that.

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/468776252019-02-08T22:14:19Z2019-02-08T22:14:19ZAfter scrolling in the photo album, the program sometimes stops responding

The error did not arise with this version. However, I only tested in the lab. The next live deployment will be back in early March.

Stefantag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/468776252019-02-08T23:16:55Z2019-02-08T23:16:55ZAfter scrolling in the photo album, the program sometimes stops responding

Ok, another thing you can try is to decrease the number of thumbnails per
page. It could be related to the amount of memory being consumed per album
page.

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/468776252019-03-22T12:22:10Z2019-03-22T12:22:10ZAfter scrolling in the photo album, the program sometimes stops responding

At my last live event sparkbooth occasionally did not responded again. It always happens when the guest selects Fotoeffect and then the camera is started. The Photo Effect selection screen then stopped and further commands were no longer accepted.

Unfortunately, the behavior is not intended to be reconstructed. Have now also changed the hardware and see if it gets better ... As far as a short feedback for information.

Stefantag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/468776252019-03-22T14:38:42Z2019-03-22T14:38:42ZAfter scrolling in the photo album, the program sometimes stops responding

Let me try to duplicate that issue.

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/468776252019-03-22T18:17:00Z2019-03-22T18:17:00ZAfter scrolling in the photo album, the program sometimes stops responding

Just to confirm, you are referring to the color effect change screen? See
attached screenshot

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/468776252019-03-23T14:51:31Z2019-03-23T14:52:03ZAfter scrolling in the photo album, the program sometimes stops responding

Right, when I click on "next" it happens from time to time.

But unfortunately (or luckily)) not always. Not good for troubleshooting, of course.

Next time I test with a 4GHz i7 and 16GB of RAM to see if it makes a difference to the i5 with 2.7GHz and 8GB of RAM. The 2.7 GHz comes in practice from time to time to the 100% mark. I still have air with the i7 :-)

Stefan
