Chrome kicked the download out, saying it was a malicious file. Ugh. I am going to have to see if I can find the software at home to see.

hableyjtag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/342180622014-08-21T00:29:06Z2014-08-21T00:29:06ZCamera not connected.

If your camera does not show up as a device in Windows Explorer,
then it
means the camera is not connected to the computer. So that means
either the
driver is not installed, or there is an issue with the USB cable or
ports
on either the computer or camera.

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/342180622014-08-21T00:36:42Z2017-04-12T00:36:12ZCamera not connected.

Ok. I'll have to check into the drivers. I don't think the cord is the issue, though I'll still test this on another computer. The USB ports are fine, as I tested them all with a flash drive and all of them recognized it just fine.

Ah, the fun.

hableyjtag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/342180622014-08-21T00:55:49Z2014-08-21T00:56:25ZCamera not connected.

The driver needs to be installed. You may have gotten one with
the camera BUT it will be an outdated driver... so it is always
best to get the most recent/current driver that the Canon company
has to download from their web site.

If that computer will not let you download the driver... do it
on another computer that is not restricting you and use a
Flash/Thumb drive to copy it to the other (this) computer...

I am sure once you get the driver installed the computer will
recognize that there is a Canon camera connected to that USB port
and so will Sparkbooth.

but the
camera does not - it could mean there is a problem with the USB
port on the
camera. Until your computer recognizes the camera as a device,
Sparkbooth
will not be able to connect to it.

John
