Prints dark/yellow

I am working with a Canon eos t3, and the images are a brown/yellow when printing. They look good on my screen before printing. Does this have something to do with the camera settings?

    It sounds like an issue with your printer.

    your problem is maybe your low on color ink this is a printer issue not a spark booth issue.

    I have switched printers twice now, so I don’t think it’s that. What settings do you maybe suggest for my camera?

    Why do you think it is the camera? Can you include one of the saved layouts
    that is printing off color and a scan of one of the print outs?

    I believe it's in the camera settings somewhere, because I have tried printing on 3 different printers, and they all do the same thing. And when I keep adjusting the settings on the program and on the camera then either the live view gets really dark, really bright, and then sometimes green, and when I do that it will print black, dark brown, yellow/brown, yellow. I don't understand why it looks good on my laptop and the monitor in the booth, but so badly when printing.

    Please attach one of the pictures taken from the camera. Not a scanned print, one taken directly from the Sparkbooth saved photos directory.

    ok wait let narrow this down lets start from the start open your saved folder does the saved picture looks bad

    And when I open the saved pictures they look fine. There have been many times when I get the picture how i want it too look on the screen, but it looks bad when it's printed.

    if it looks good when the program takes it then its your printer just think of it this way if you open the folder and it looks great on the monitor means your camera is set right if it was the camera the saved picture will look bad one think that people overlook when your using a printer you need to download the printers driver from the printer website sometime people connect there printer and window says drivers have been downloaded that not true that's just the generic drivers that lets your computer operate with window. what printer are you using and did you download the true drivers from the printers website

    I have used 2 Canon Pixma IP100 printers, and now I have hooked up an HP Deskjet 3700. I just used the HP printer last week, because I had pictures on my phone and even scanned pictures with the HP and printed and those turned out fine.

    And yes, downloaded the software directly from the website for both printers. I will try again this evening when I get home and try attaching some of the images after printed.

    UNDERSTAND THIS
    If the saved images look good on the computer and
    when you print them, they look bad, it is an issue with your printer(s).

    As Jorge stated, you need to go to the Printer company
    web site and download the current drivers for your printer(s)

    There is NOTHING you can do in the software that will fix what is causing this.

    Also is we ask you (1-2-3-4) times to send a sample
    of what is saved and a Scan print copy and you do not send it...
    we are running blind and have no way of seeing what you see.

    Brandy believe me its not your camera if it was your camera the saved pictures will look bad but you said they look good we stand by our finds that your problem is the printer.

    Joe,
      I am not with the booth at the moment so this evening when I am able to send a picture to show, I will.

    I do have another question... can the popup that I’m getting saying my firmware needs updated have anything to do with this??

    When you get back, send us a screen shot (cell phone photo or screen capture) of that pop up so we can advise what it is about... many times other programs on the computer will pop up messages that have nothing to do with the software you are currently using. So we would need to see this pop up message to advise.

    Did you turn on the Sepia filter? Press ctrl-2 to display camera settings,
    and check the Effect setting.
