Pro with no problems. This began happening after the last update.
I'm not sure why the software is now completely skipping the
pictures and going straight to developing photos. Additionally, I
am also using this on another MacBook Pro with no issues.

I've also completely uninstalled and reinstalled the software
and deleted preference files to see if this fixes the issue to no
avail...

djsatxtag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/416379702016-12-30T18:41:26Z2016-12-30T18:41:26ZSparkBooth Trouble

Export and send the layout and I will give it a try.

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/416379702016-12-30T18:47:23Z2016-12-30T18:47:23ZSparkBooth Trouble

The .png file is attached. You are saying that before after a session
now it doesn't... you may have that feature turned off.

I have used your .png file and I made the photo boxes
program is not taking any pics. It is not even making an attempt to
take pics. It goes straight to "Developing Photos" when I press the
space bar on this particular MacBook Pro. It is NOT the template.
This template WORKS on the other laptop. I have been making
templates for this program for the better part of three months with
now issue on two MacBook Pros. So we are not attempting to solve
the issue with modifying the template.

djsatxtag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/416379702016-12-30T19:27:23Z2016-12-30T19:27:23ZSparkBooth Trouble

*no Issues for two months until this last update on this ONE

gig yesterday using the same type of set up with no issues. I'm not
sure if this is relevant but the other MBP is a quad core i7 while
the laptop that I'm having issues on is a duo core i5. I'm not sure
if that's even a factor. But I thought that I'd mention it. But, it
was working great on the i5 until the last update.

djsatxtag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/416379702017-01-12T14:30:12Z2017-01-12T14:30:12ZSparkBooth Trouble

OK. I am back and would appreciate some assistance in getting
