SparkBooth goes straight to "Please Wait, Developing Photos" before taking any pics.

Please help!

Can you send a screenshot of the photo layout that you have selected? Press
ctrl-1 to display the settings, then select "Photo Layouts"

If you need remote access, that may be the best way to figure out what is going on...

Did you add "Photos" items to the layout in the editor? See attached
    screenshot.

Yes. I've used the software multiple times on this same MacBook Pro with no problems. This began happening after the last update. I'm not sure why the software is now completely skipping the pictures and going straight to developing photos. Additionally, I am also using this on another MacBook Pro with no issues.

I've also completely uninstalled and reinstalled the software and deleted preference files to see if this fixes the issue to no avail...

Export and send the layout and I will give it a try.

The .png file is attached. Remember that I used the same file on another MacBook Pro with no issue...

OK... now we have something go on....
You are saying that before after a session
it would SHOW a sample of the photos and
now it doesn't... you may have that feature turned off.

It sounds like you have it set like the bottom image in the attached

I need the exported sbl file. Go to Settings > Photo Layouts > Layout
Editor and press the export button.

Forgot to mention, when you export the layout - put it into a zip so you
can attach it to this thread.

OK... John may be on the right track here...

I have used your .png file and I made the photo boxes
transparent so that the PHOTO BOXES can show the photos.

Attached is your png file FIXED and a sample of how the layout
should look with photos PLUS the SBL file with it all together.
The SBL file has been zipped in order to attach it here
you will need to Unzip it to use it.

OK, guys. I don't think that y'all are understanding. The program is not taking any pics. It is not even making an attempt to take pics. It goes straight to "Developing Photos" when I press the space bar on this particular MacBook Pro. It is NOT the template. This template WORKS on the other laptop. I have been making templates for this program for the better part of three months with now issue on two MacBook Pros. So we are not attempting to solve the issue with modifying the template.

Ok. Let me remote in and I will take a look. Here are instructions on how
to setup the remote http://sparkbooth.com/remotesupport. I will only be
available for the next 30 minutes to do this. Otherwise, it will have to
    wait until tomorrow.

We'll have to resume this conversation on Monday. My apologies. But I had/have gigs yesterday, today and Sunday.

On a side note, I used the other MacBook Pro for a photo booth gig yesterday using the same type of set up with no issues. I'm not sure if this is relevant but the other MBP is a quad core i7 while the laptop that I'm having issues on is a duo core i5. I'm not sure if that's even a factor. But I thought that I'd mention it. But, it was working great on the i5 until the last update.
